Wondering if Diet Pills are Dangerous for your Health?
I'm not a fan of weight loss pills, I do believe a lot are dangerous. However I have recently started the Jeunesse Zen Bodi program which is relatively natural. It's a great supplement to a healthy diet, I have many friends on it who have lost a lot of weight that diet alone wasn't shifting very well. Worth a look.

Need Low Carb/ High Fat Buddies
I'm trying to do LCHF too. I find it a bit difficult as a vegetarian to find recipes that are LCHF appropriate.

Motivation buddy...someone to help keep me at it
Hey there, I'm having exactly the same problem! I really, REALLY want to lose weight but it's so hard when no one is pushing me to exercise or taking food off of me! I think the 'challenges' on this website are a great way to go as you feel like you really want to get a better result than everyone else - this is what keeps me motivated.
