Almost 54 years old. Have been running for nearly 7 years now but seems like no matter how much I move or how little I eat, I gain weight. I suppose that is a part of menopause that I have to accept. I would really like to not feel like I have to hide myself next boating season. SO, my answer is to just quit eating.

GYM QUESTION!! help
Make sure that you hydrate very well before class. This will help to prevent the cramping. If you drink a botle of water about an hour before the class this will help. Even better, try coconut water.
