It's been a very long stabilizing period stuck at 69kgs so I've decided to really, really cut down for a few days which felt more like starving myself just to reach my goal by february 1st 2013. 1 little kg left ... If that scale stays around 68kgs in a day or two, I think I might just get there. I feel so much better now that I can wear my clothes again without feeling like a sausage :)

Strange, I was writing in my journal and suddenly it went to another screen and my journal entry disapeared. So be it! I’m not going to write it again. Maybe it wasn’t meant to be poste, too many deep feelings revealed muhaaaaa ! Hope to weigh 68 kgs by the end of next week and reach my goal of 67kgs by february 1st, 2013. Than stay there, stabilize and perhaps decide to lose 2 more kgs to give me a yo you range between 65-67 kgs to play with this year :)

Can't believe I made it throught the 2012 holiday season without gaining! Haven't been able to keep track of my food but since I've lost some weight I just stayed aware of what I was putting in my mouth (more than usual). Not gaining weight is a nice xmas gift because there is so much free food offered left and right by well meaning people telling me to forget my diet for once. Wow that was a real challenge but I made it ok :)
