Been not losing much even though I’ve been eating only 2x a day for the past 5 days! Maybe I’m not drinking/moving enough :(

Haven’t been really watching closely but eating many mini portion meals with beans when I feel hungry.

Dissapointing :( Have been eating light, no excess, no cheese (my favorite)j, no munching in between meals, drinking lots of water and most of all exercising /moving more for the past week. I feel better, lighter but the scale is stuck nevertheless. I know I shouldn't let it discourage me and I am starting to hate scales !!!

Ok this is it. I’m fedup. Need to learn more about my food intake. Obviously I don’t realize how many calories I take in. Need to get back to a comfortable weight I can live with.
I’ll give it my best shot.
