Figured out the breakfast thing. This morning I blended spinach, natural peanut butter and protein powder. It made a yummy breakfast. I was able to get it down without a problem. I did have to buy some sugar free gum. Not because I was having a sweet tooth attack, but because I have been getting death breath.

Made it through Easter without so much as a Jelly Bean. :) Took yesterday as my PAGG day off but I still took my other vitamins and supplements. Breakfast continues to be my hardest meal. I need to find drinkable legumes and spinach or broccoli. The search begins.

What an amazing damn week. Followed the diet to the letter. 7 LBS LOST. Last night friends came over for dinner. For dessert I made brownies with a chocolate marshmallow topping. They ate them war while I had my Metabolic Drive shake. Take that temptation. :) Here are my measurements for this week. Not sure what happened to my starting mark measurements. I thought I had posted them in the journal entry on the 17th. Since I can't remember exact numbers, I won't attempt to repost. I can tell you though, these weeks are smaller. :)
Neck- 17 1/2 L Bicep- 15 R Bicep- 15 1/2
Upper Chest- 44 1/2 Middle Chest- 48 1/4 Lower Chest- 44/12
Waist- 48 1/4 L Thigh- 26 R Thigh- 26
Now it is off to enjoy TKD and then my cheat. I made sure to make enough brownies last night. :)

Today was a good day. I got up at 6:15 and stretched and then did some planking with my son. He and I have a deal, any morning I don't get up and stretch with him, I owe him a dollar. I have had to pay him once this week. I got a bye yesterday because I had twisted my knee on Tuesday and could barely walk. He is such an amazing little guy. 9 years old and he has the drive and determination to get up every single morning at 6:15, stretch and practice TKD. He is my inspiration.

Other than the lesson I had this morning about breakfast, today has gone well. Couldn't find the Beano so I took some Phazyme. The family is much happier tonight. Lunch today was great. I mixed the beans with the spinach, chicken, guacamole and a couple of dashes of Tabasco Chipotle.
