I'm 37, 6'1 and used to weigh 240 lbs. I have a muscular frame and do not look terribly overweight but I have the absolute worst eating habits. I eat too much at one sitting and it's usually terrible food for me to begin with.
I'm an avid hiker, cyclist and mountain biker but don't lose weight because I maintain bad eating habits. However, that has changed somewhat and I have finally formed some good habits. Some days are tough taking clients out to eat and the weekends are still difficult going out with friends and drinking/eating but I'm trying. I would like to get down to about 180 or 190 but would be pleased with 200.
