Amarillo Texas. Male 57 years old. 5'9". USMC Vet. 1976-79. Been athletic most of my life. Competing in Bodybuilding in 80's and 90's. Powerlifting .State, National, World level. Hold records. Studied diet and nutrition personally all my life. Genetics against me....2006 5 heart bypasses. 2010 4 stents. Active now with HIT circuit training, biking, hiking, rafting. Enjoy cooking with my wife of 31 years. We prepare meals 1 and 2 for the week on Sunday and we like to try to stay organic as much as possible. We try not to stress over our weight. Keeping our diet and fitness plan simple. It is all about input and output. The body will always take care of it's self. The Lord Jesus is the center of all. We thank him for his bounty and healing to our bodies.

Food Scales
Wow...Good cardio. Been cold here so we are not walking. Stationary bike and circuit weight machines, couple days a week at the gym. Sure helps keep the weight off.
