serious lack of motivation
It can be a stumbling block, but the key is to take it one meal at a time. Write down everything you eat.....if you can't get to this journal online, then make a paper one you can take with you. Do not get discouraged it takes time. Set little you loose 10 lbs you will buy a new pair of shoes...or my favorite is when I get to 210 lbs I will get a manicure.

Please take advantage of the friends here, because it is making the difference for me. I also journal all of the time, it helps me stay on track. Good luck and if you need a friend.... I am here for you.

Is anyone else doing the Biggest Looser Plan?
I found this site a few months ago and have found it very helpful, but I have recently realized that I can not do this alone....soooooo... I need weight loss friends who understand what I am going threw. I am 46, female, married, two teenagers, one dog, and a frog.. yep a frog. Smile

I have recently found out that Splenda has major side effects.... is this true? Should I be using Stevia? I count carbs...but am confused about which carbs are good, I am doing good, but would do even better if I had answers.

Wow....after reading Barry's response... there is nothing more to say except, I am here with you too!! I am following the same path as Berry, but I do have an allergy to dairy products, so I (limit or substitute) my intake of them. My one mantra is "You can do this, you deserve it, just be patient it will happen" and then I look at a picture of my fat self on the refrigerator to remind myself of how far I have come and where I do not want to return.

I could really use a diet friend.
I am doing the Biggest Looser Diet and could really use a food partner...someone who I can share my food frustrations, recipes, and victories with. Today was really horrible and I have realized that I can not do this alone. Help!!!!
