I'm a born again health freak, so to speak, at least that's the plan.
I have just joined a gym after years of umming 'n' arring.

When I joined here I had already slimmed down to 286. I was 311 in June and had slimmed down to that, but I have no idea how heavy I was before then apart from being big.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
From my experience & by following advice. It's said that cardio in the morning & weight training in the evening.
The body is a machine & just like any other machine it need's to warm up.
I do notice a difference (improvement) in training in early evening, but I do train daily when ever I can.
As long as your training what ever time you start is neither here nor there. Just enjoy.

Hi, I know that one well. I found after the 3rd day I was weak & ended up pigging out like a madman. I still ended up losing about 4lb for the week though, but I was also working 7 days a week as a Scaff which I'd say caused the weakness.

If you take things easy you should be fine, plus I take it the hospital is only a call away just in case you need advice?

do you drink alcohol and still lose weight?
I wouldn't let the calorie intake bother you as it's only for one day.
Losing weight is a life change (healthy) and shouldn't be focused solely on calories.
The thing folk over look is the chemical / toxins which are in alcohol. But if I had to choose between alcohol & aspartame I'd choose beer every time.

Working Out
I exercise 6 to 7 day's a week = 10+ hrs of cardio (intense) + a few hours of weights & find it a must in losing weight, keeping fit, building the body you want & helping with the loose skin.
