I'm a girl who enjoys laughing, dancing, singing, sleeping, but most of all... eating! which is why I joined this place.
During second half of last year I faced several health issues due to stress. I decided that I needed to exercise in order to get rid of the bad energy, but then realized that exercise alone would not be 100% helpful if I didn't change my eating habits. Starting this year I decided to eat better and exercise more.
I saw that my stress levels decreased, but also that I was losing weight :) and I liked it! so now I am trying to incorporate healthy meals and exercise as part of my lifestyle. To me this is not a diet period, it is a real change for life.
