I'm a girl who enjoys laughing, dancing, singing, sleeping, but most of all... eating! which is why I joined this place.

During second half of last year I faced several health issues due to stress. I decided that I needed to exercise in order to get rid of the bad energy, but then realized that exercise alone would not be 100% helpful if I didn't change my eating habits. Starting this year I decided to eat better and exercise more.

I saw that my stress levels decreased, but also that I was losing weight :) and I liked it! so now I am trying to incorporate healthy meals and exercise as part of my lifestyle. To me this is not a diet period, it is a real change for life.

How to calculate my macros?
Hi guys,

Some (long) time ago I used to calculate my macros in IIFYM, as some people from FS used to recommend that page a lot; and I agree it was very good. However I looked at the page recently and they seem to have changed their purpose a bit, they ask you to provide your email so they send stuff to you, and they also have 'instructors' that can coach you for some time if you pay for that (something like 50 USD). I calculated my macros again and they didn't seem very logical to me. So my questions:

- Can anybody recommend another good page to calculate macros?
- Has anybody used the paid coach in IIFYM? is it good/worth paying for it?

What to do about clothes?
At the moment I continue using my 'old' clothes - it starts to feel quite uncomfortable because some of them really look loose and I don't look very good. I started buying only a few clothes that fit me now - but if everything goes as I plan, I will again have a nice loss by the end of 2 months, so I don't want to buy many things that will be loose again soon. in 1 month I will start buying clothes, some of them will fit and some of them will be tight - that will push me to continue losing.

Yayy for you!!! congratulations!!! I also changed the color of my bar and that feeling is just soo awesome! keep the momentum Smile enjoy it and work hard to change colors again soon!
