Hi, my name is Carla. I am 38 and I have 3 teenage children. Back in 2007 I lost 90 lbs (280lbs to 190lbs) following a low carb/low fat diet. In those years since I like so many "woke up" finding myself weighing more now then I did then. On January 9,2012 I started this new journey weighing 315lbs. I'm following the same rules as before. I recently started school to become a pharmacy technician and for the first time in a long time I'm excited the direction my life is headed.
