Have tried to no avail to just eat a little healthier and exercise but not seeing results so I decided to give Atkins a go... A big challenge for me since I love my carbs! I'm hoping I'll be able to reintroduce some of my favourite things once I reach my goal weight without putting any back on, if I exercise enough (Zumba is my main exercise). We'll see :)
