Hi there .. I am a 44 year old nail tech in Cotati Ca. Struggled with my weight most of my life. Right now I'm deciding if I can lose the weight on my own or have a weight loss surgery .. There's no going back after surgery and I'm not sure it's for me.. So as of now I'm counting calories and giving it one more shot . Any help is appreciated .
