Hi, I want to loose the weight that I put on due to culture shock since moving from Germany in 2006. I remember that the first weight I took in lbs was sometime in 2007 and it was 144 lb. In the meantime I was at 164 lb and during the last year I managed with WW online to come down to 151 and now with fatsecret to 146 lbs. My plan is to get to 140 lbs until we go on vacation in July. I envision to loose one more pound in May and then keeping things steady and loosing the other 4 lbs in June. I eat organic and flexavegan - mostly vegan and some eggs, very seldom meat/fish. One of the benefits of this site is that I can track protein and I try to aim for at least 60 g per day during this weight loss journey :). I exercise daily (I go trotting with my dogs and have a daily Yoga practice) and I am interested in all things sustainable, contemplative, in intentional community, I play the harp and I am looking forward to connect; especially if you are also flexatarian or flexavegan.
