performance: losing 2.5 lb a week
I am a nurse and a single mother who is on a weightloss journey. I am overweight and my goal is to lose 100 pounds. I also will be a bridesmaid in my sister's wedding in May. The goal is to atleast lose 30 pounds by then.
I have tried and failed several diets throughout the years, but this time I get that it is a lifestyle change and I refuse to give up when I get on the scales and don't see the number that I expect to see. My daughter is my workout partner and she is such a good, encouraging partner.
Here goes nothing.......
Update - I've lost 60 pounds, only 40 more to go!
