Directions

  1. Cozinhe a couve-flor no vapor e separe apenas os bouquets e reserve os talos para fazer uma sopa posteriormente.
  2. Pique a couve-flor bem miudinho ou triture levemente no processador, tomando cuidado para não virar um purê.
  3. Aqueça o azeite e doure o alho, acrescente a couve-flor, tempere com sal, pimenta e salsinha à vontade, deixe cozinhar por 2 minutos.

Eu costumo fazer usando caldo de frango, ou seja, frango cozido aos pedaços, com cúrcuma e outros temperos. Fica maravilhoso e completo.

Adoro esta receita mas faço como a Pri Morena comentou, trituro no liquidificador crua e depois refogo com os demais ingredientes. Excelente para substituir o arroz em dietas low carb.

eu amo esse falso arroz porem faço um pouco diferente, eu lavo bem a couve flor, trituro ela no liquidificador crua mesmo, só ai eu refogo , no alho/cebola, as vezes coloco cheiro verde!
