Katkarapu-Surimi-Pasta-Salaatt

Raikas 'merellinen' pastasalaatti katkaravuilla ja surimi suikaleilla.

Directions

  1. Keitä makaroonit ja kumoa ne valutettuna jäähtymään isoon kulhoon (esim. boolimalja tai dyno). Pilko purjo, tomaatit, kurkku ja omenat ja lisää ne kulhoon.
  2. Sulata katkaravut ja valuta niistä ylimääräiset vedet pois. Lisää katkaravut ja surimisuikaleet kulhoon. Kaada ainesten perään Herkkumaan herkkukastiketta. Sekoita ainekset hyvin.
  3. Tarkista maku ja mausta oman maun mukaan, esim. tillillä, valkosipulilla ja mustapippurilla.
