  1. Fazer um corte na tampa do pimentão e retirar o miolo e sementes, use pimentão da cor que desejar, os coloridos são mais doces.
  2. Preparar uma mistura de carne vermelha moída magra, presunto de peru defumado, com pimenta do reino, cebola, tomates e cheiro verde picadinhos, 1 clara de ovo para dar liga, amassar bem e rechear os pimentões, por ultimo colocar queijo cottage e parmesão. Não é necessário usar salgar, somente o presunto e o parmesão fazem este papel.
  3. Diversifique os recheios com peito de frango ou peru, bacalhau ou atum. Use a imaginação.
  4. Colocar em forma forrada com papel aluminio e assar em forno médio por 20 min.
