Pancakes Light

  1. Sbattere le uovo con il latte usando una frusta. Aggiungere il lievito e la farina. Continuare a mescolare fino a quando gli ingredienti si saranno completamente amalgamati.
  2. Porre una padella antiaderente su fuoco medio e attendere che si scaldi. Versare un piccolo mestolo di composto a creare un cerchio di 12 cm circa di diametro. Attendere 30 secondi prima di girarlo con una paletta. Attendere altri 30 secondi e togliere dal fuoco. Ripetere il procedimento per gli altri pancakes.
