Gefüllte Paprika

Gesund und lecker, dieses Rezept ist geeignet für Arthrose- und Rheumapatienten.

Directions

  1. Die Kräuter waschen, abtupfen und kleinschneiden. Zitronensaft aus einer Zitronen auspressen. Knoblauch halbe Zehe klein schneiden. Frühlingszwiebel waschen und klein schneiden, den Räucherlachs in kleine Streifen schneiden.
  2. Den körnigen Frischkäse in eine Schüssel und alle klein geschnittenen Zutaten vermengen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Anschließend die Masse in die Paprika füllen, fertig.
  3. Guten Appetit.
