Gemüse Pute

Zubereitung von Leichte Gemüse-Puten-Pfanne.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Das Gemüse in gewünschte Stücke schneiden. Die Putenschnitzel etwa handtellergroß schneiden und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
  2. Die Schnitzel kurz von beiden Seiten anbraten und in eine ofenfeste Form geben. Das Gemüse in der selben Pfanne kurz anschwenken und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker abschmecken.
  3. Die Tomaten hinzugeben und kurz einköcheln lassen. Dann über das Fleisch geben.
  4. Das ganze im Ofen bei ca. 160° Umluft (mit Grillfunktion) garen (ca. 20 Minuten).
