Zubereitung von Leichte Gemüse-Puten-Pfanne.
Ingredients
Directions
- Das Gemüse in gewünschte Stücke schneiden. Die Putenschnitzel etwa handtellergroß schneiden und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
- Die Schnitzel kurz von beiden Seiten anbraten und in eine ofenfeste Form geben. Das Gemüse in der selben Pfanne kurz anschwenken und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker abschmecken.
- Die Tomaten hinzugeben und kurz einköcheln lassen. Dann über das Fleisch geben.
- Das ganze im Ofen bei ca. 160° Umluft (mit Grillfunktion) garen (ca. 20 Minuten).
