Shepherd's Pie

Treat your taste buds with this hearty shepherd's pie. It will be a real hit with the family.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut and boil until cooked, then mash and add margarine and milk.
  2. Brown ground beef and garlic powder. Add water and beef stock cubes and simmer for about 15 minutes. Drain any excess fluid off. Stir in corn.
  3. Spray a 4 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Add ground beef mixture, then mashed potatoes.
  4. Bake covered in a 205 °C. oven for 20 minutes. Take out and spread cheddar cheese evenly over top and put back in oven uncovered till cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
