  1. Poner el huevo en un bowl y ponerle la canela, la vainilla y la endulzante sin calorías.
  2. Batir todo.
  3. Preparar como una tortilla muy muy delgada, voltear.
  4. Una vez que esté cocido, limpiar el exceso de grasa con papel para cocina, poner queso philadelphia en medio y doblar por la mitad y de nuevo por la mitad.
