Curried Chicken and Rice Salad

A salad that is bound to excite the senses.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine rice, chicken, celery, green onions, bell peppers, sour cream, mayonnaise, chutney, curry and salt. Mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  3. Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.
