Galletas de Ricota, Maní y Semillas

Directions

  1. Procesar el maní y las semillas. Reservar.
  2. Batir la ricota con los huevos, la sal y el polvo de hornear. Incorporar el maní y las semillas procesadas y mezclar muy bien. Dejar reposar la masa 10 minutos.
  3. Formar bolitas con la masa. Colocarlas en una placa previamente enmantecada y estirarlas con los dedos hasta lograr el diámetro de galleta deseado
  4. Cocinar en horno fuerte durante 10 minutos, luego dar vuelta para que doren del reverso. Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar.
