I'm afraid I've slipped in and out of Beast Mode, and the weight loss has plateaued. Slow and not so steady losses, but down for the month. Not super successful, but still moving in the right direction. Not giving up, of course. Every day is a new opportunity to do it right and refine the approach. Onward and downward, Beasty Buddies! Last night to weigh in on this challenge.

I enjoyed the Beast Mode 3.0 until I had to quit per doctor's orders. Haven't lost since! Dang!

Similar story here as well. Seemed like it was the perfect timing and then ..life! Not a failure, just not completely what I hoped for. Happy Thanksgiving Erika :)

Thanks buddies. It's a process. Mind and body need to be alternately pushed and respected. Thank you for your support as we move along here into the treacherous white waters of the holiday season. Hang on friends; here we go!

It is a rough time of year. It starts mid October and keeps going and going. Sugar, sugar, starch.

Take a deep breath and you'll be okay Losing weight has it's ups and downs as we both know. Remember to really PAY ATTENTION to what your eating during the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Last year, I lost 10 lbs between Thanksgiving and Christmas, so it is possible to keep on the losing side of things through this season. I just have to turn a totally blind eye to any of the so many treats that will be offered at work and parties, etc. I does get a little wearying to have so much unhealthy food in your face all the time (but keep it out of your mouth!) I'm just going to keep my cool and remember what feeds my health, and avoid what feeds my compulsions.
