It's addicting seeing that scale go down every day. Last night I was fantasizing about peanut butter toast but resisted because I didn't want my weight to go up.

Wheat = water weight and slowed fat loss
230.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 95.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Maybe try the peanut butter with celery sticks instead of toast. That way you get the crunch without the carbs.

Having veg ready to go is the way to go, Pandas mom! No celery in the house, but I am love, love, loving my huge plate of green leafies right now! 😊

My favorite is thousand island, but right now I am just using mayonnaise.

Xshape, I wouldn't serve it to anyone else. It's good enough for me because I sliced a couple hard cooked eggs onto my salad, sort of a deconstructed egg salad.

Good for you Lady! I love peanut butter toast, too, but I just keep visualizing those 3 and now almost 4 5 lb. bags of sugar and it's just not worth it. The scale going down is another really great motivator.

@shapeshift; I know a mayo and egg salad sounds off if you're thinking calorie counting, but that's a low carb/high fat diet salad - you could even throw in a little cheese and bacon bits!
