Food Scales
Well, I live in AZ so most days are at least in the high 40's, usually in 50's to 60's.

Looks like you're doing well. Like the scales! Better than the one I just bought. I too have heart trouble but walking seems to really be good for me. I now walk about 3 miles every day in an hour. This is up and down steep hills.

is there a way you can change the measurments when
I touch the serving and then it'll give me options. Like for instance salad dressing. The serving size will say maybe 1 tbls. I touch that & it'll give a set of fractions to scroll through. Hope that helps.
