I am starting to eat more and still losing weight. It takes time to build muscle from walking (months) and that is why there is a lag. But I can see the muscles in my legs and my waist is down even more... will be 36 soon. I still think walking 90 mins/day is perfect for me and hope to increase to 120 soon.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Grats on the loss!!!! I love walking. I sometimes listen to music as I walk. I also walk my puppies which makes me want to walk longer. Keep it up!!
