Man! One day of real food. It's good to be home. No sugar blues. Yeah, baby! I restarted the diet on FS, but apparently because I put the start weight in today it won't let me enter the new weight. 197.4 to 195.6. I know it's water, but what a psychological boost. Also, I'm loving being back with my scales, food and bodyweight.

I'm glad the insanity holidays (what is it about those particular two weeks?) are over.

Doing the diet in two jumps. 182 will be my first goal in a 10 week period. Should be completely doable. I may restart as soon as I hit green, and then I'll be looking at the 170 area - actually looking for that 10% body fat again. Who's with me?
195.6 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

With you 100%. I'm also glad the holidays are over, it was fun other than being sick part of the time but I'm ready now to get to goal in the coming months.

Glad to have everyone here. I think everyone is feeling the same thing. The puppy is doing great. She prefers to sleep in her kennel, which I'm very pleased about. No wandering clicking doggy claws in the middle of the night. She's longer and taller than when I saw her a week ago. She'll be a big one. I'll get a photo of her on here soon. 10% bf is pretty tough to get to, but it's doable. Lots of anxiety when you're getting that low. A friend of mine is a competitive bodybuilder. He gets down to about 6%. His wife doesn't talk to him for about two months. The body wants to have some fat.

I'm with you! I have a wedding this summer and I'd like to look good but feeling good is an even better reason to start trying harder. My boys are here until Wednesday then I'm going to hit it hard! Good luck and I hope to see pictures of Tika soon.

I'm with you, and I love your energy and momentum. It's actually a little bit fun to be at a high weight, get your act together, then watch it all fall away. Admit it - it IS a big boost and keeps you strong. Way to go!
