Day four of my fat fast... one more day to go. I've lost 4 lbs..
211.8 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1200 kcal Fat: 102.51g | Prot: 55.66g | Carb: 6.90g.   Breakfast: Archer Farms Sugar Free Caramel Coffee Syrup, Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream, Land O'Lakes Unsalted Sweet Butter. Lunch: Havarti Cheese, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Kraft Mayo, Egg. Dinner: Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, Stop & Shop Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts with Salt Added, Tuna in Oil (Canned), Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise. Snacks/Other: Havarti Cheese, Dietz & Watson Black Forest ham Blk Forest Ham, Land O'Lakes Unsalted Sweet Butter, Horizon Organic Heavy Whipping Cream. more...

Thank you... today I gained a little so I am cutting my last day of my fat fast and going to increase the calories, of course I am intermittent fasting too so that helps.. I hope.
