Well a little loss is better than none . ... Busy day yesterday; went to the gym, dr. appt. pedicure - she also gave me a great massage, grocery shopping without kids, court date (it was the night before, uh-oh). Today we are invited to a bar mitzvah and breakfast. Have to get the kids to last day of camp first! Have a beautiful day everyone! I'll be back later to see what's going on with everyone!
157.5 lb Lost so far: 80.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
