Wow, nice big drop in weight today. I'm recording everything, haven't started the exercise yet due to schedule issues this week. I'm going to have to put exercise on my calendar and figure out a way to fit it in each day. I don't have a regular 9-5 go-to-the-office kind of job, so I need to figure out how to make it a routine each day. It's been so cold in the mornings here (mid-30s), and being a desert girl, I don't even have the clothes to go outside and hike in the morning. I'm planning on the gym every other day, so I can schedule that in the morning.

Fun evening planned tonight, I'll be driving so drinking won't be a temptation. Eating out is pretty easy, just stay away from carbs, right?
200.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is a monster drop!!!!!!! Love that. You are so close to being back in onederland. I m excited for tomorrows weigh in. I m with you on the excercise. Making it a priority is my next goal.

Awesome drop! Well done :) I feel so very fortunate that I don't have to juggle work and exercise - it must be such a challenge. I admire anyone who manages to do both. I answered your question about how old I am on my journal but if you didn't see that, I'll let you know here. I'm 48 years young ;)

Huge drop! Well done. I hope your right about eating out, we went to a casino buffet today and I had a huge seafood salad. I am afraid of all the hidden carbs in the way it is prepared, especially because my losing was slowing down this morning.
