Day 2. Having the mealprep done and a menu but also snack options makes a big difference. Made salads for the week, have a menu of what I'm eating already (made shopping more efficient) and I don't have to decide what to have at 430pm for dinner. It's all done.

The first few days of water weight correction are fun to record. Key is consistency...

Sounds like you have day 2 under control. Not sure but I see creamer on your diet list. Even the sugar free ones have sugar in them in the form of syrup. Have a great day. Do not forget electrolytes.

Yeah, and I count the creamer into my carb count (measure it so I don't go overboard). I generally only have 2, sometimes 3 but really appreciate the creamer in the coffee.

No criticism here, but I have, over time, eliminated added sugar or cream to my daily tea drinks. For me, I can better taste the tea blends without them. I find adding even a little sweetener seems to overpower the tea 🍵 I am drinking. My husband counted up my teas and says I have 31 different varieties, lol. Guess you could say I am a fan. Have a most wonderful day all.

Had a heavy dinner but within plan. It would be nice to still see a drop tomorrow but we shall see...night folks!
