So, my weigh-in date is tomorrow, but I'm on this challenge that I have to report today, so here it is. I'll weight again tomorrow for the regular report. One more week on this 8-week challenge.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
