Nothing gained or lost this week for me. I knew my fast weight loss was coming to an end.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've done incredibly well for the first couple of weeks....AWESOME in fact! Now that you're in the groove the weight will continue to drop off at a slower rate...Look for a pound or two a week...and that's THE BEST way to see it go....It will stay off....but I'm sure you already know that! TERRIFIC efforts....Keep it up Huggies
