Woke at 221.8, the same as yesterday. UPDATE: Another big day of walking (four miles) with a pretty modest lunch (although I ate some Brazil nuts and an avocado at about 3). Weighed 222.2 coming in the door, so this water weight is just not going away. Tomorrow is Fasting Friday, so let's see if 36 hours without food can help right the ship! Ate over calorie target, but stayed under 20 net carbs. Waking weight is today's low.

Eat healthy and don’t focus on the scale daily. Just weigh once a week. I weigh the same as you. Hang in there.
