Having a hard time. I'm trying to do better.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 66.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1306 kcal Fat: 52.27g | Prot: 113.27g | Carb: 103.44g.   Breakfast: Campbell's V8 High Fiber, Dave's Killer Bread Good Seed Thin-Sliced Bread, Coffee, Food Club Large Egg. Lunch: Claussen Kosher Dill Pickle Wholes, apple, Gala with skin 1 0z, Dave's Killer Bread Good Seed Thin-Sliced Bread, Turkey Breast Meat, Coffee, Great Value Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: Fiber One Protein Bars - Peanut Butter, Publix Sea Scallops, Coffee. Snacks/Other: potato, peeled and boiled, Carrots, beef pot roast, Fiber One Protein Bars - Peanut Butter. more...

How can we help you? Really. Eating so little calories, try not to let your carbs get that high. Don't beat yourself up, just plan things in advance a bit more, okay?

I feel your pain. I too am in the green but yoyo and can't get to goal. Deep breath. Regroup. WE are tougher than then our fat!

Giving up was never an option. My carbs have been under 60 grams/day and I couldn't keep it up. I'm going to 1100-1200 cal/day and 80g or less carbs. This isn't a deal breaker. I don't give up.
