Yesterday's walk almost killed me. lol I've never walked that long (1 hr & 5 mins), non stop before. I was sooooo tired when I got home, and still had to cook and clean. BUT I woke up this morning w/ so much energy. I didn't even stand on the scale. I feel too good and I'm not going to let some numbers get me down. I feel good, and that's what matters. I am downloading more music to my ipod right now. As soona s I'm done, its another hour walk. It is beautiful outside. Watch out world. Jamiaca here I come!!!!! Lol
