I'm taking my measurements today :-( I should've done it a week ago, but I was avoiding. But I know it is common to lose inches and not pounds on Atkins. I need to keep track of my measurements so I'm not discouraged during the times the scale doesn't move....like today.
I will also be forcing myself to exersice. As much as I hate it, I notice a big difference in my energy and my weight, the following day. So I'm downloading music to my ipod right now so I can go outside and walk and walk and walk and walk. Thank God the rain finally stopped!!!!
