So sorry to hear about this. Stress, especially the stress that occurs in a relationship is very hard to deal with while dieting. My only advice to you is to take this time to love yourself, which will include being true to your goals, your dreams, and above all else - your heart. Big hugs.

By all means - keep flexing them. Even while you sit, drive, walk, stand, etc.

When I did Atkins back about 8 or so years ago I would allow myself spike weekends. Nothing huge. I would just let myself more variations upwards of say 100 carbs and only every other weekend. I managed to lose 50 pounds in about 4 months.

I do allow myself this on occasion only now but it does tend to slow my weight loss.

Classify this exercise, PLEASE!
I would use standing. Now, if you are constantly moving and lifting a lot of meat you could also add in a mix of housework. I like to side conservatively as best I can so I personally would use the standing. It's only for you so do what you feel comfortable with. And wow, grilled lamb/greek food is making my mouth water. Where are you located?

Wish there was a like button in reference to Pixi's comment. If you are wanting to see results - do it right and stick with it. It will happen. But when you start and stop and switch diets you are only building resistance to losing. You can do this. Set your mind to it.
