Woke at 213.0, down 1.2 from yesterday. The red wine did the trick as always but it was the middle of the night! I went back to bed and got 12 overall hours of sleep. I know it's not optimal to sleep little during the week and catch up on weekends, but it seems to be how I need to do it between day work and drag racing coverage! Trying to pour a gallon of work into a quart of available hours! Going to fast until dinner today and augment with coconut oil if needed. UPDATE: Fasted until 7 pm and ate some pork, cauliflower, broccoli, and of course, a few glasses of red wine. Weighed 212.8 before dinner, equaling my Monday weigh in. Hoping for more tomorrow.
