Woke at 214.2, up .4 from yesterday. Working from home today and doctor appointment in the afternoon. Fasted until noon and ate some cheddar and nut and seed bread. Got back from the doc at 4 and ate a bag of salad and three cups of slimming tea. Something's got to happen soon! Adding bratwurst and red wine. UPDATE: Weighed 213.8 before dinner, so exactly the same low for three days. It was nice to see the 10 pound drop since my last visit to the doctor's office (on their scale). That's the visit where he wrote the Lasix prescription. Going to take it easy tonight and let the red wine do its thing.

Have you ever tried CALM? I order it from Amazon but it's in the pharmacy too. It's magnesium citrate in powdered form. I buy the raspberry-lemon flavor. It's listed as an anti-stress drink and I drink a warm glass at night. The first thing I discovered about it was it helped with my shoulder pain after using for about a week. Another thing I discovered accidently, is if I use more than the suggested serving of 2 tablespoons, it works better than any laxative and pretty quickly. Not much fun, but it really works.
