Woke at 222.4, up 2.8 from yesterday as Em and I had a late dinner on Capitol Hill with some folks from the California colleges delegation. It was Mexican and I ate it all except the chips and salsa. But did enjoy margaritas, black beans, rice, and tortillas. Fun but costly. Will make appropriate adjustments by targeting 1949 calories today. Enjoy your day! UPDATE: Happy hour again. Had a few pieces of quesadilla and some chicken wings. Then Em, my work pal Tia, and I stopped at our favorite Sushi place before Tia drove us home. So a bit of rice there but I ate mostly Sashimi. Got an OK 220.0 when I got home.

Capital Hill - DC or Seattle? Believe it or not, there's a big difference between how "Mexican" food is prepared for those locations. I'm from just outside DC, so it was interesting when I was "home" last year how much the "Mexican" food I'd loved as a teen to twenty something was soo different from how I expect "Mexican" food to taste now.

Very true Bill! :) I know it could have been a diaster area like Miami, Naples, Keys Ect. Like I said , the hurricane diet is working, even my shorts are lose on me! :)
