Cheese crisps, spinach and artichoke hummus and a hard boiled egg, topped with Chiluba hot sauce. I've been craving a little variety so I decided to branch out and try making cheese crisps 👍😝🍴🙌

That looks really yummy. By the way, I actually made that Raspberry Instant Soft Serve in response to your question about Keto ice cream. I read it and pounced off to the kitchen to see what I could come up with. After I got the leftovers into the freezer & cleaned up, I couldn't find your question anymore. So I posted a photo and hoped you would see it! Glad you did and that it might help you! 👍

I make them by getting the oven to 375 and putting little scoops of cheese on wax paper and cooking them for 11 minutes, they harden right up and peel right off! I made 2 per each serving of cheese

When I've made these before, I just did them in microwave. About 90 seconds for most cheese. Hmm...now I am craving cheese crisps, lol.

I do this for taco shells. It takes about 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. Pour on a silpat or parchment paper. Bake 375 until brown. Fold over rolled up paper towel and let garden.
