I am a 62 year old obese and disabled women. I have metabolic syndrome and lupus. Two fake knees inhibit most exercise. Walking is difficult. I have been eating LCHF for 8 weeks now. I have only lost 2 lbs. I have lost a half inch off my waist and a half inch off my hips.

This is finally working.
The last 3 days I have planned my day of food in the morning. I enter all food I plan for the day in the food diary, then make adjustments to fit into my macros. I'm being exact on my portions too. Less protein is making a difference. Laughing I'm trying to stay under 20% a day. I think I will still keep my carbs super low for now. I don't need them anyway. I have no desire to cheat with so called 'Real food'. My husband is always snacking on junk because I only cook healthy now. He is loosing weight also, even with the candy and other junk he eats.

Keto tortillis
Just made tortillas from flathead pizza dough. I got two 8" from this recipe. 2 carbs each. The first one I made into a quesadilla. The second made a chicken burrito smothered in green chili. Are you hungry crankybuzzerd?
1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1 egg
2 T. Coconut flour
1 T. Heavy cream

Melt cheese in the microwave for 1 min. Stir it well. If it didn't all melt, give it another 30 sec.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Work the dough with your hands until it is all mixed in. Divide into 2 equal pieces. Roll into balls. Place on a silpat or parchment paper. Place another piece of paper on top then roll with a rolling pin until very thin. Try to keep it sorta round. Remove the top piece of paper. Bake at 350 for 10 min. It will bubble up! Let cool before trying to remove from paper. I store my second one in a gallon sized zip lock in the fridge for 2 days. It was still perfect. I plan to fill with eggs and chili next.

Thanks.Today my breakfast came to 21.70 carbs in the diary. I subtracted the fiber and came up with 4.70 carbs. The daily total is all skewed because of this problem. This is why I stopped using Fitness Pal. I really need an accurate Keto food calculator. Is there one?

Food list
Does anybody know why the food list doesn't do the 'net' carbs on food. Example, I entered 1 Crabfree tortilla for lunch. There are 17 carbs but 17 grams of fiber, hence, zero carbs. Program added 17 carbs to my daily total. I just took it off but now my macros aren't right.
