I am a 62 year old obese and disabled women. I have metabolic syndrome and lupus. Two fake knees inhibit most exercise. Walking is difficult. I have been eating LCHF for 8 weeks now. I have only lost 2 lbs. I have lost a half inch off my waist and a half inch off my hips.

Food list
Thanks.Today my breakfast came to 21.70 carbs in the diary. I subtracted the fiber and came up with 4.70 carbs. The daily total is all skewed because of this problem. This is why I stopped using Fitness Pal. I really need an accurate Keto food calculator. Is there one?

Food list
Does anybody know why the food list doesn't do the 'net' carbs on food. Example, I entered 1 Crabfree tortilla for lunch. There are 17 carbs but 17 grams of fiber, hence, zero carbs. Program added 17 carbs to my daily total. I just took it off but now my macros aren't right.

Looking for buddies doing Keto or LCHF
I started LCHF in May 2017. I would love help and input from others on this plan. I am losing inches slowly but really no pounds.

Lost 2" off my butt, 1 1/2 off my waist, 1/2" off my thigh and 1" off my upper arm. I am starting to get excited! Keto is working.
