I'm Shayla,I'm a 23 year old cosmotology student, and I'm finally taking control of my life. I have gone through years of yo-to dieting and I've struggled with being overweight my entire life. I had given up on myself and my health because dieting was "too hard." But, on June 30th I got engaged to the love of my life, and decided that I want to see that life through. (And of course look my best in a wedding dress) I am going to be detailing my journey and living a ketogenic lifestyle as well as finding physical activity that I enjoy. If you want to be friends and help keep me honest, it would be greatly appreciated. I need every word of encouragement I can get! 😂😂

My first mini goal is 220, which is 22 more pounds, then next stop, onederland! Going for that 199! Stay tuned folks, let's work towards our wildest dreams together!
