Woke at 204.2, up 1.2 from yesterday. OK with that as I'm actually holding on to food for a bit instead of expelling it immediately! Hoping to go down some today. UPDATE: Great checkup at the hospital today. All my numbers doubled and I got my chest line out today (six inches worth)! When I got it put in on Feb 1, my resting heart rate went up by 10-15 points. Looking to see if that returns to the mid to high 40s. Was at the hospital for 8 hours. Stopped at Chili's on the way home and had a nice steak. That pretty much wrapped up eating for the day, although I finished up those acai blueberry chocolates to get rid of them. Walked three miles and about to do my Racin & Rockin Radio Show. Tomorrow it will be 67, so I will get 5 miles in outside! Finished the day with a half cup of Strawberry Halo Top to hit my calorie target exactly but to blow out my carb total. Getting it all out of my system today and looking forward to tomorrow’s weigh in!
