Took advantage of the full length mirror in the hotel room to record the profile at 203 lbs. I have 183 as a long term goal but not sure there are 20 more lbs. to give (Denise doesn't think so). But happy to be at this point after hovering at 215 or so for much of late 2016.

You look great and healthy. Just keep being/getting well. I am sure Denise will gratefully take a healthy you at any weight--it's just a bonus that you look terrific now. Way to turn a hospital medical ordeal into some kind of health retreat. You're an inspiration to everyone here!

I agree with Denise. You look well but I urge you to continue toning and to continue logging here. I would set my goal weight at 199 pounds on FS to maintain a true goal weight of 200 pounds. Looking good!!!

I think sometimes we get a number stuck in our head as a goal. But, the mirror should be the best gauge. I agree with Denise. I don't know where that extra 20 would come from unless you want to chop off your arm.
