Dinner was the bourbon chicken I didn't touch the other day when I was feeling ill. It's good but I can tell there sugar in it! Also what the hell? Five carbs per sugar-free vanilla pudding? I'm still eating it…

Carbs in the pudding comes from thickeners. jell-o brand's second ingredient (after water) is cornstarch. Sounds like you are doing well. Glad to see it.
